For eligible projects when platform payment services are available, the payment provider processes milestone payments through a provider-controlled transaction balance under its terms and controls. TrustConstruct does not hold customer funds. For eligible projects using platform payment services, if no dispute is open, the payment provider processes the milestone payment after the homeowner approves the completed milestone. If something goes wrong, TrustConstruct opens a case, both sides upload evidence, and the milestone does not advance while it is open. TrustConstruct is not a bank, lender, or escrow agent and does not hold customer funds. Payment services are provided by an independent third-party payment provider, subject to its terms and state availability.
